Our sessions create an experience for individuals to emotionally reflect and connect with Jesus through art.
Each art session encompasses three key components.
Reflect
Sessions guide you through specific prompts and steps to help you reflect on emotions and feelings connected to the session’s theme. These reflections are then considered through the lens of Scripture, offering an opportunity to reflect on The Truth.
Express
After reflecting, the emotion or feeling is then expressed through abstract art. The visual expression through art allows that emotion or feeling to be “seen” where before it might not have been easily expressed.
Connect
All sessions connect you to Jesus and to others. When we are able to connect with Jesus and hear what He has to say about our emotions and feelings, we are then able to better connect and interact with those around us.
How does it work?
Our goal with each session is to create an experience that minimizes distractions and allows for you to relax and spend alone time with Jesus. We do that through self-guided art kits that ship directly to you with all the needed art supplies. In each kit, along with the art supplies, there are instructions for planning your session, setting up your supplies, and going through your session. We walk you through the entire process, so no prior experience with art is needed.
We offer multiple different sessions that focus on emotions and feelings around various aspects of life.
